How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your account, contact Trayki Support using the email address below.
Request Account Deletion- The phone number or email address associated with your Trayki account.
- Your full name, if it is associated with your account.
- A clear request to delete your Trayki account.
What data will be deleted?
When your account deletion request is processed, Trayki will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, where applicable.
- Account and profile information
- Contact information associated with your account
- Other personal information that can be deleted from your account
Data that may be retained
Certain information may need to be retained for a limited period when required for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate business purposes. Such information will be retained only for the period required for those purposes.
